  • @famee02 brown rice or whole wheat is great when possible.

  • This eating out of the box is only common in the west. If you go and visit any country in Asia, South America, Africa, its very rare to see ppl eat anything but food cooked at home from scratch, and whole foods. Mostly in North American and Europe, you now have to teach ppl how to cook foods and how to eat it- something most of the world already knows.

  • If your fat and want to loose weight, get off gluten for a month, see what happens

    also get off animal fats and animal fluids and molds (cheese) and yes, dump the sugar

    People are fat not b/c they don't exercise, its b/c they eat crap, too much crap

    Don't look at Styles and think just b/c she does yoga she looks this way, she's genetically thin, almost built like a guy
