Sherbrooke Village is a living history museum in Nova Scotia. They have a real blacksmith, an old fashioned printing press, a working water-powered sawmill, a potter, and a variety of other things, where all the people dress as people would over 100 years ago. See http://museum.gov.ns.ca/sv/index.php for more information.
You'll have to turn up your volume loud to hear what the woman in the video (and my sister, who is out of frame) are saying. She describes the whole process of printing (which is quite interesting to see, live) as she prints pages for a cookbook (recipes popular in the region from the late 1800s).
As other users of the 5d Mark II probably have noticed, the auto gain for the microphones and the directionality of the built in microphones can be frustrating. The sheep escaping it's pen outside this building comes through as louder as her voice... But it is a minor complaint--I love the video and still quality of the camera, and if I really want good sound I should record with external mics (perhaps to a different recorder, even).
