i respect what howard is saying insofar as it informs his own business decisions, but who cares what rush sells? whoever buys it fuckin' wants it. he's not (by selling shit) doing any harm. i guess the difference is rush is ideologically a gung-ho capitalist. by contrast, howard has to have some care about his credibility as defined by some more nebulous standard... anyway i'm sure some howard fans wouldn't mind being able to buy some stern t-shirts or keychains or shit from howard.

@pushycatpops The best way I can think of to silence the Rush fans would be to ask what he's been doing with that bottle of Viagra down in the Dominican Republic, where he went for vacation back in 2006.

Sure, he can deny the stories, but one Mike Malloy believes that Rush has been, in Mike's words, "buggering little boys".

That ought to silence the Rush faithful. However, if it should incite anger, ask them to turn off the radio and engage in civil conversation.
