The previous Administration had it for 4 years. They zero intention of reclassifying & basically used as a bait to hold the nurses vote. When the JLP came to power I said they should abandon the so-called agreement because it was not in good faith and could only be a minefield to negotiate. I was right! Listen to Gelding at the end and you will get the reason why it not done.
