People often complain about having poor wrist flexibility and how it prevents them from front squatting.

If you can touch the back of your neck, you can front squat (and rack a clean!). It much less about wrist flexibility than about getting the elbows high enough so wrist flexibility isn't an issue.

  • nice vid. one of the best ive seen. i may need to drop back the poundage, and start from scratch this time around keeping elbows high
