We often run lead-core, copper and steel line with fluttering spoons and smaller crankbaits like the Tail Dancer #7 (7cm), Deep (normally runs to 7' depth). Or, we also run a main-line of braid/mono and than add a 1-3oz. in-line keel/bead-chain sinker to get the smaller, lighter lures down to 30-40'. Sometimes you have to experiment to see what combination of size/type lure and depth the fish will hit at...God bless you, Italo
