【材料】:三層肉1塊、秀珍菇1大朵、黑木耳3片、辣椒1支、青蒜1支、雞蛋1個、太白粉2大匙、蒜頭酥2大匙、醬油1大匙、辣豆瓣醬1大匙、糖1大匙
【做法】:
1先把青蒜斜切段、辣椒斜切段、木耳切片備用。
2再把三層肉去皮切片後,加入醬油、全蛋、太白粉、沙拉油醃漬,再入油鍋炸熟後撈起。
3把太白粉均勻撒在秀珍菇上,再入油溫約160度的油鍋中,炸至金黃色撈起瀝油。
4鍋中加油放入蒜段、辣椒爆香、再放入木耳炒香、再加入辣豆瓣醬、糖、醬油、水、調味炒勻即可起鍋盛盤完成「珍菇回鍋肉」。
