Rico Smith discusses how his company Auto Buff is able to use the services of BizXchange, a b2b trade exchange, to offer medical benefits and extra compensation to his employees without having to spend cash. He points out that barter with BizX is a great way to generate additional income and that he is able to obtain new clients who need fleet service through the BizXchange network of businesses. Companies are able to spend BizX dollars on things for which they otherwise wouldn't have the cash or customers.
