http://athleanx.com No Supplements Review would be complete without an in depth look at what I feel may be one of the most important (and often overlooked) supplements you can take... Glutamine! Glutamine or L-Glutamine as it's referred to is honestly one of the most critical supplements you can put in your body (perhaps only to be surpassed by next week's review...just wait til you see that!).

The reason why L-Glutamine is so important is that it plays a vital role in the not only boosting immunity but, in the keen interests of athletes and bodybuilders, it helps to preserve, regenerate and restore new muscle better than almost anything else you can pick up off the shelves!

Through it's control of DNA formation and given the fact that it's the most abundant amino acid in the body...Glutamine is a no brainer when it comes to whether or not it should be part of your supplement regimen.

That said, no perfect body can be created without the perfect workout program. That's where AthLEAN-X comes in. Head to http://athleanx.com and grab the AthLEAN-X Training System and see how the AthLEAN / Glutamine combo might just be the most powerful 1-2 punch in the business right now! It's time to get AthLEAN!

  • But if you take it with protein won't the amino acids compete with each other?

  • Can you do a review on BCAAs?

  • GREAT review. VERY helpful. And get as nerdy and geeky as you want to, the more info the better it is for us. *Subscribed* *Thumbs up*

  • can i take creatine and glutamine together???

  • @pac818k it doesnt matter how you take it

  • My main reason for using this supplement is so I don't get sick after a few weeks of intense training. Its the only supplement I take besides my vitamins and calicum tablets.

  • @CoDVaRiaTionZz i take a whey protein shake BEFORE my workout and then whey protein with the glutamine AFTER my workout.
