Whties make up 10% of the population, and are victims of 25% of murders... 0.25 divided by 10 is 0.025... for every 100 white people, 0.025 are murdered.
Whites are being murdered at 3 times the rate of blacks, even though they make up only 10% of the population... how can you say they are not being targeted?
