WRONG. Cheating is when somebody engages in sexual activity with someone other than their own significant other without that persons knowledge and/or approval. Cheating is based on the parameters of the relationship. If you have sex with somebody else with your partners approval, it's not cheating. Because, who is being cheated?

Keep in mind that dictionaries do not define words. Culture defines words. Dictionaries write them down and serve as a reference, with as much accuracy as they can manage, the definitions that we as a culture have given to the words we use.

"Whore" is an extremely derogative term for someone that the speaking person believes to have too much sex with too many people. It feeds the cultural message that sex or non-traditional sex is immoral. I disagree with that message, and so do many others.

I am a 13 year old girl, I refuse to have sexual relations until I am of age to. My former girlfriend whom I had been dating for 3 months wanted to be in an open relationship. Though, I said no. Afterwards I was forced by another friend of mine to agree. I remand loyal to her the whole time. Even though, I know high school relationships aren't going to last forever I had to break up with her because emotionally I wasn't okay with this.Later on I found out she was with a BOY behind my back.

So what's wrong with having sex? I'm disappointed that some one who claims to be as progressive as Onision is still trapped in this primitive mindset. As long as a person is safe and the sex is consensual, then I don't see anything wrong with it. "You're a whore." That's a bit of a big judgement to make on millions of people who participate in polyamorous/open relationships.
