Painting the 'Carousel'

Here's a unique slideshow film of me painting my most recent large scale piece entitled 'Carousel', featuring a plethora of pops (chups of course).
This was by far my most ambitious take on the subject to date, measuring 120 x 120cm. The source photo was taken in an arcade in Gt Yarmouth this summer, the painting took weeks and you'll notice the location switch when I moved into my new studio, I missed out the journey in the back of my hubby's van;-) There are also a few cameo's appearances by studio visitors...

when i first saw these in preston i thought "nice photo, nice use of depth of field" then i was told the were PAINTINGS!!! OMG!! trully amazing. I would love to have one but waaaaaaay out of my price range. back to B&Ms for me. lol You are so very gifted, and i'm so very jelous.
