@bicyclegenerator hah. Electricity is not "cheap" by any means here in the US. IT SHOULD BE FREE but, everyone's a money hungry whore. Fucking Oprah Winfrey could spend 5 billion out of her many many billions, install huge renewable energy grids all across the US and power the whole US. Oprah's just an example. Any one of the single US Billionaires could solve our energy crisis. Our money is in the wrong places because of how the system is structured.

Your body can consistently put out between 100 to 200 Watts depending on what kind of shape you are in. So if you found a lower power coffee pot that operates in that range - then you could make coffee with your bike generator.

@offizzinaz2004 Yes you can earn $0.10 every 10 hours of cranking. US has very low electrical cost, so there is not much incentive to use alternative energy.

The DC Watt Meter is called a "Whatsup meter" They are mainly used for battery charging of RC planes and cars. But work great for this application. It costs about $50.00

This display box has a built in 14 Volt DC regulator going to an AC 110V Inverter which feeds the LED CLF & Incandescent bulbs.
