Dreamweaver 8 doesn't require online activation if I remember right... You could read into the "fucntions" that check if a key is correct or not, and make a keylogger. Or patch it to not need online activation if it does I guess, and then look at what the program needs from the server to work, and path that part to just enter the pass or w/e from the server needed, or patch to need nothing. There are many options.
