Please excuse my frustration... lol

Problem: while playing any video game (WoW, farmville, or looking at a page that has lost of graphics, animations, gifs) i get that black screen.

I get this black screen only when i am connected to the wall plug/main. But if i disconnect, i can play for hours until my battery dies, and even then if i connect, i get the black screen: Just give it a few minutes to an hour or two and i get the black screen.

Also, i have taken it everywhere, and they all told me the same thing, "nothing's wrong with your laptop, we ran tests and you have everything up to date, and the video card is more than enough for the games you want to play".

I have took out the battery and left the laptop connected to the wall and i still it get. I have the battery on while connected to the wall/main and i still get it. Nothing is working for me =O(

please help!

I have gotten two suggestions and 1 that may or may not apply...
1. buy a new adapter (wall plug/main)
or
2. buy a cooling pad

the other one that may apply is that one day i used my laptop and connected it to a TV for a school project and since then i guess thats when it all started but i dont know how to switch the TV monitor back to MY laptop's monitor...

Solution: none yet =O( please help!

  • @aquachris4343

so you think its a graphic card failure?

  • @Sunnygirl305 Well, It's the only thing I could think of.....Because the video completely goes out....I'm not an expert but usally when the video fails it's a Graphic card failure.....I'm not sure there could be somthing else causing it. O and my video card is the NVIDIA GeForce 9700M GTS

  • @aquachris4343 hmmm i dont understand then... i took it to best buy and they ran tests and told me everything works perfectly...
