Why Phil got banned from Forza 3

My good friend Phil recently had to restart his Forza 3 career due to his profile "being tampered with." Naturally Microsoft was a big help and told him to delete his profile and start again. If you know Phil, you know he'd never cheat at anything, especially a game (he's too scared of getting caught.)

Upon racing with him online, it all makes sense. He's driving the Lotus.

It's a great example of Forza 3's spectacularly average netcode. We only live 15 minutes away from each other!

This isn't cheating... this is called ping > 800. If your internet has a lag spike, this occurs causing other players to see glitches like this, while the player who has the lag doesn't notice lag themselves.

It's hard, if not virtually impossible, to make hacktools for Xbox 360. Windows has its share of hackers online...
