@leahg357 trust me, i hate hipsters. they are just pot headed hippies that think they're smart. my doctor recomended it to me cause i've had some complication. they. are. amazing.

@Daisukiyo i've never had to change my cup at school! i used to think i had a really heavy flow! but it's actually because tampons really don't hold that much! cups hold a lot and it's safe to keep them in for a long time!

But u would rather put silicone up ur vagina hole?? And plus ur still sitting in ur blood, it's just a different way you are..
-
this is just another thing hipsters are doing so they can sit around and brag about it to eachother. what about all the chemicals on your face with all that makeup eh?

R u high?!?! Pads r easiest and u don't have to put anything in u

I tried a diva cup. I ended up in the hospital. a condition called vasovagal reaction, a bruised cervix, bradycardia, and shock symptoms. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
i recommend cloth pads as an alternative.

Can you use it if you have an IUD?

I kind of agree with hef18, tampons are completely difficult for early period starters because their vagina isn't wide enough yet. I coudn't even use one until I started having sex, the silicone stuff is MUCH wider than a tampon, so not everyone can even use it. Also quite a few people are also allergic to silicone. I also had a problem with different kind of cup like that and it would fall out when I was running.....talk about YUCK!

News flash? How long have people been using tampons and pads, and nothing's happened? Your telling early starters I stick something up their vagina that's basically the same as tampons, but plastic. Personally I think that's just gross and could stretch in out even more. Sure it's more sanitary , but why are people making a big deal about it NOW? Why didn't they say something years and years and years ago?!

They have created pads and tampons to help you, not kill you. People have used them for years and nothing ahead happened
This sounds like a good idea, but being a teenage girl, who goes to a public high school in the US, and where the bathrooms are always crowded with texters, talkers, and class cutters, this isn't the best idea for me... I'll stick with tampons and pads for now! But I never realized they were bleached, thank you for that info.

@Zefhyra You only have to change it every 12 hours so even if you go to highschool, you don't have to empty it until you're at home again :)

@DavidGuetta1212 I am not sure who I called rude, but I certainly wouldn't be ashamed of it. I act in a way in which I would not be ashamed of my actions or words. :)
I call it like it is.
