launch control in a regular car:hold clutch, rev up, let clutch go, rev even harder.
i mean can you even use that in regular situations? it takes like 10 seconds and everyone will get pissed behind you lol

does any one know about the gear ratio between evo GSR & MR did the MR also stay at high rpm like for example my GSR at 70 mph 3500 rpm ???

@ChiTownBullzzz21 naw paddle shifters are for the track if you are driving on the road a 5 speed or 6 speed is so much more fun. i am not a fan of super cars btw so nope i still talk smack about them two, i drive a evo 8 way better then evo x

You don't have to hold the stability control down for 3 seconds.. Just click it once kiddo.

@mayen2001 Irrelevant to launching you car. A large amount of people choose to leave the yaw control enabled, which also seems to be the main motive in buying these cars... What you're doing is just plain stupid some people's eyes that are proud owners of the evo line.
You only need to click it once to turn off the traction control.
Stop trying to make your tiptronic transmission anymore technical than it already is.

@EVOLUTlONX I understand but if you hold it for 3 sec you get a way better launch. I only did this for a contest video, don't do it daily. And yes AYC is a main reason people buy these cars

LOL at the fools hating on the MR's TC-SST... bet they've never driven one... I do miss a proper manual from time to time but this thing is marvelous, never miss a gear, and my legs and knees are all intact and in good shape... specially in this Miami traffic!
Stop hating and go test drive first... Btw, like Monteguy88 said, I think you did the best out of all the other MR Launch Control video attempts all over YouTube! Good stuff man!
