  • @hassan1255 Who cares. Strength sport is not a beauty contest. Its about being STRONG. Not about how you look.

  • @Ringofblood i agree that it's not a beauty contest but being a fatso just for sport increases chances of diseases. In my opinion it's just as stupid as smoking.

  • @hassan1255 true true. But I guess its up to people themself what risk factors the want to impose on their lives. Some drink, some smoke, some take drugs, and some get really heavy to lift some heavy ass weights no one else can. Live your life as you want, but take the consequences of your choices.

  • Might not have been the most scientific training methods, but still quite innovative. And it sure worked for him.

  • his powerlifting feats are there aswell. Dead lift 377kg, bench press 283kg, squat 544kg, that's wat he did in a competition.

  • I did the math for those barrels filled with concrete 1 gallon of concrete = 17.91 lb

    2 x 55 = 110 x 17.91= 1970.1 lb

    1970.1 lb divided by 2.2 = 895.5kg

that's not including the weight of the barrels or bar he used!!!! Remember there were partial or high range squats he was doing, but still wtf. The guy must of nearly been doing a metric ton. I believe it though he did do a back lift of 2.85 metric tons. Look it up it's in the guinness book of world records.

  • Where did you get this clip from? I'd like to see the whole video

  • @Apidium having a stomach like an egg was cool back in those days. still is for some.

  • @historik206 who?

  • @hassan1255 ye, but there are also strongmen and powerlifters who actually look better than a pro bodybuilders..

    trololol
