This is the first music video of the up and coming band Dinosaur Horses. The video was shot specifically to capture the feel of the 70's, in the vein of early proto-videos. Hence the filmmakers went for a very raw, unpolished look. Grain was added, and it was color-corrected to bring out the magentas.
Based out of Topanga, California, Dinosaur Horses have rediscovered the sound that made the early 70's such a vibrant time for music.
By bringing back the era that produced brilliant artists like Niel Young (but adding a modern sound), Dinosaur Horses has uncovered the soul that drove musicians to experiment. With their driving raw sound, they have returned to us the feeling of music for the sake of expression, unfettered by the strangle grip that the record industry has had over artists for the past 30 years.
Led by front man Angelo Felder, Dinosaur Horses burn with boundless energy and a style that is representative of the realignment that the music industry is experiencing, where the artists, along with the listeners, are wresting back control from the ailing, parasitic juggernaut that is the music industry.

Really dig the look of the video. It feels like it's from the 70's. The magenta tint, and the graininess remind me of the proto-videos of that era.
