Well you are partly right there.

To tell the truth, there was a group in the Nazi's that did this. They went against Hitler's word and continued to make them, but called them the MP44 to make him believe they were a sub machine gun like the MP40

You guys are great....except for the name of your show. ASSAULT RIFLES BASICS. There is no such thing as an "assault" rifle. Terms like these have only hurt 2nd amendment rights. I prefer....Military Rifle Basics. ;)
