Do you remember how this feels? That's where I am at today. An original composition.....I play all instruments. Apologies to bassists and drummers the world over. Video subject is my wonderful daughter atop the medieval mound in our back garden. Yes, I have a medieval mound in my back garden, get over it!
Drums= Programmed in Apple Logic
Bass = Tokai Jazz
Guitar = Crafter Electro Acoustic
Soprano = Cannonball Stone Series with HR Link 6*through NT2a mic
Tenor = Selmer R36 with HR Link 7 through NT2a mic
Just listened this again and it made me cry. That soprano tone is exceptional.

This is one of the most beautiful melodies I've ever heard.

Beautiful composition Matthew, it remembers me of Ennio Morricone's "the dollar trilogy" soundtracks! You are getting better and better, yes indeed!

If you have pieces of video of your adorable young lady playing at other activities you could cut to them occasionally for a bit of variety. The song's really nice though, and yeah it does have that nice warm fuzzy summer feeling to it. I thought of refrigerator-box clubhouses and Necco wafers LOL!

Matthew, this is a great sounding creation. It seems to carry some somber emotion that I can't describe in words. It's amazing how much your daughter has grown in the past few years. From my 68 year-old perspective it goes by so fast as I spent some of today with my 37 year daughter.
I hope that you are compiling your videos into some DVD or other digital formats so that your children and great-grandchildren will be able to hear and see you play when you are no longer able. Very valuable.

Absolutely beautiful. Commented to you on a piece a year ago. Practice vetmed
in South Florida and took up soprano sax a bit over a year ago. Wow....practice
makes perfect..... Whatever level sax one is in it is
such a wonderful feeling to master a tune that once was thought impossible.
Tango en privado....When copywrited would you be able to send the sax part to me? Keep up the good work. mklinefelter1955@gmail.com. Thank you!
