  • Okay so some people think its okay to smack a child, well that doesn't mean I have to does it!? think of it like this if an adult sees a child hit another child they ussually punish that child, but when an adult does it its okay? Um NO! I don't think so.

  • @bootyliciouslygurlb Considering the rest of the Bible's contents, I wouldn't recommend the Bible as a child-rearing reference.

  • @dg7fender Bryce cheated on Jen too! Before! Be very careful with your posts! The children are what's important!

  • I know these people in real life, Jen cheated on Bryce.

  • Didn't the bible note that spanking your kids could save their lives....come on now.

  • all they care about is money at the expense of their childern.

  • It is ok but not that good lol

  • One can say "no" and set limits without hitting. To my mind, hitting is a sign not of the child's lack of control but of the parents'.

  • @magenta471 And every child that goes punished in timo-out's and by taking away objects like cell phone or Tv grow to be douchebags who think there are no real consequences to their actions. And notice i dndt say beat the kid up, but if he's been warned, keeps acting out, bend him over the knee and one slap on the butt does the trick. And if slapping the kid makes him fear you, being passive about it leads to disrespect.

  • @steviesniper Yeah, except every single study out there shows that physically punishing your children leads to violent aggression, an inability to express emotions, poor adult relationships, and sexual promiscuity. I understand parents have the urge to physically lash out at at their child when he or she is misbehaving, but it's not worth the long term consequences and is extremely ineffectual. It doesn't alter behavior, it makes your kids fear you.
