You should hear Michelle perform poeetry. Her voice is very musical and in poetry "readings" (her readings are performance and she was one of several performance poets in washington, d.c. that really carried that form forward), she give her vocal muscles a real workout.

Google K. Storme DeLarverie and you too will be inspired. Her story is one of living in your truth at what ever cost. In the end you realize that nothing carries more value than the truth and joy really is dependent upon it. I wish you well in your search for knowledge.

...being that I search for knowledge...I'm very curious about the womyn you had a chat with...what was it that would inspire you forever

As a young man new to NYC some 14 years ago, I had the pleasure of a casual chat with a woman that would inspire me forever. That woman is K. Stormé DeLarverie. Thank you Ms. Parkerson for sharing her light with others.

wow, the way this woman speaks is like music to my ears.
