This from Johnny Carson- "Lawrence Welk grew up in the mid-west. And very few people know this about Lawrence. His personality was developed very early on. I believe it was in the second grade and little Lawrence had to leave the room, and the teacher asked "Why?" "Because I have to do a One and a Two".
