BeboSkins: How To Make The Main_BG on GIMP

Videos guiding you like this would have helped me loads back when I started making skins, but unfortunately, there weren't any. So I'm going to make a few of these, to help people make bebo skins with GIMP.
NOTE: If anyone can't see the dimensions for the Main_BG, they're 760x375. I think this is best watched in full screen.

The attributes are on bebo , go on change skins , then click on my skins , then clic on the link for "check out the tutorial" the attributes are on ther:) x

Sorry I didn't do more, but basically do the same but with dimensions mentioned on bebo in Roll Your Own. I'll show rounded corners and stuff aswell, cos its pretty hard to do for bebo skins.
