Wow, you look great only 4 days after giving birth! I'm 25 years old and married. My husband and I aren't planning on having kids at the moment but I'm at that age where it becomes more of a possibility. Quite honestly the whole process of pregnancy, birth, and what my body would be like after scares me to death. It's great to see the benefits of excercise and a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy and postpartum. Your video has helped ease some of my fears and sets a wonderful example. Congrats!

Am so proud of you. too many women use pregnancy as an excuse to be lazy over eat and the main cause of being over weight.....U are a good example that pregnancy is not a disability. in the third world women work in the fields, do manual domestic work til the day they give birth, stay active and give birth to healthy children...just one question, did you use the postpartum belt?

its not the exercise thats bad its some types of physical exertion that can be harmful but you seem to have it totally sorted i think its awsome you managed to stay fit throughout your whole pregnancy thats ledgendary, sweet belly too...

I wish I could reap the benefits of doing some exercise while being pregnant, but I did not work out prior to getting pregnant. So I feel that it would be bad just to spring up and do it at 5 months. I wonder if walking would be ok, or a fast pace walk, would you talk to your doctor first about this? Just hearing how easy your birth was makes me want to do something, and did you breastfeed to shrink your uterus back down? You look really great for 4 days!! Like you didn't have a baby at all.

-
@MaRiSa22Bunny you sound like a babbling mindless idiot... really? you are trying to tell her she is a bad mother for working out? go troll somewhere else
-
@eajjdb unless you are a doctor you have no right to be telling her what to do
She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces at birth, healthy as can be according to my doctor. She is now 5 months old and 16 pounds...perfect and healthy! She is a very calm baby and easy to soothe...sleeps great...some studies say exercising during pregnancy can help your baby be more relaxed after birth. I ended up gaining 21 lbs..but then lost three the week I gave birth because it was so hot and nasty out I couldn't eat :)

how much did ur baby weigh after she was born?

@imayummygirl oh one other thing - I have lost all my baby weight and more - for me, returning to exercise right after birth was just fine and very helpful. My doctor continues to support all of the choices I have made with my decision to exercise before, during and after pregnancy. Good luck to you if you decide to make exercise part of your pregnancy!

your belly looks nice, but you shouldn't run 4 days after giving birth. that's just stupid! u should stay at home for 1 month and then u can do whatever, its just to early!

@eajjdb Are you a doctor? I refuse to accept ridiculously outdated guidelines about how long a person should wait after giving birth before resuming execise. What I do with my body is between me and my doctor. She was fully supportive of my exercise program. Furthermore, I never STOPPED exercising (I ran the day I gave birth) so I never really had to "start" again. I had no pain, and I used my head and listened to my body instead of following some stupid guidelines. I wouldn't change a thing.

U look great! I'm three days postpartum with twins and my belly has gone down a lot to say I had two babies! I can't wait to get my body back in shape..don't worry about haters!

@candy147 Thank you! I really appreciate your comment. It gets me down when people badmouth me for wanting to exercise...when it has so many benefits. It has helped me in many ways post partum and I wouldn't change a thing about my exercise program. I am not saying everyone should exercise 4 days after giving birth - I just figured people would be smart enough to know I did it only because I am used to it and my doctor supported it. Good luck to you -let me know if there's anything I can do.
