The problem is the way problems are dealt with and they way Etihad treat people. Why should cowboy firms effect the business of proper airlines... If you receive bad service stand up for your rights and help change bad practice. Etihad has so many faults its a joke...

It really sucks what you went through (its even unexpected from etihad), but still the airline is new so its bound to have a rough start. Not to forget there are worse airliners than etihad like the airlines in africa or in really poor countries (their airlines suck)

Every Airline could not be perfect, and plus they are new so what would you expect. A top 100 percent quality from every aircraft. The Airline is still developing and they are still fixing their flaws. So in the meantime the service might not be perfect but at the future they will have excellent service.

Oh BTW, just live on and stop complaining on etihad; if you don't like it, then don't travel in it in the near future. Or better don't watch this video if you have grudges of this airline.

All In good time. Like I said before, I for one honestly feel sorry for the way you were treated and honestly feel your pain. Hopefully the company will learn from it's many mistakes and in future deal with problems better. I have to agree with Emperion956, the company is still quite new on the block and have many things to learn, but I don't think it's done too bad so far.
