Dear god... I just realized in this game, you don't just see the back of her head during the conversations like in the other games... she actually stares at the camera.
Well, excluding the times she smiles with her eyes closed to the camera...

I think it's because Aoko's more an easy-going character who seems fun to be around, while Ciel's an assassin from the Church. (I know Aoko's quite dangerous, and Ciel has her nice side, but I think that's the logic behind doing this from Type-Moon/Ecole Software's point of view.)
