@makingachangefl alright everyone question about yoga im new to it so should i do it or substitue it for something else I mean i want to get ripped so anyone who knows please reply that would be awesome like i said im new to yoga i dont know much

I used to make fun of yoga thinking it was for soccer moms or unatheletic people, and then I did yoga x. I couldn't even do all the stuff, when did it start getting easier for you??

Glad to hear you are in the yoga zone! It grows on you... a bit like fungus, but it definitely grows on you ;)
It is great you are so pumped about seeing your results. Taking pictures is the best way of journalling success and seeing results. Who would ever think on day one, we'd be dying to take shirtless photos - lol. My day 90 results come out this weekend and I am pumped as well to see where I have come from.

Dude I am right there with you. Day 30 for me is today. I think I started to finally like Yoga about a week and a half ago. Rock on!

You definitely will. Yoga is still challenging, but it becomes enjoyable and the way you feel after the workout is second to none!
