I was diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder as of January 2011.

I decided to set up a blog about myself and my other alters; Jake, Jamie, Eddie and Oliver, and what it's like for us to be together in one body and live my life.

I'm expecting that the others will create additional blogs because I know there's a lot that they'd want out in the open

One question that just pops up at the end of the video: "Which one of you is choosing the music for the vid?" ... I mean the vids have to be edited and as I've learned from your room-mate-interview-vid, Jake (?) ist good with anything digital. So I assume, he's doing the Video Work (right?). Thanks for posting.

@Rodnox yeah good guess! jake does most of the editing :) but i think we all take in turns picking and chosing, generally they correspond to the alter being talked about or introducing. (30 secs to mars - jamie, owl city - jake, blood on the dancefloor - ed etc.) but im not sure if they'll always turn out like that! i may put in a 'music chosen by' note somewhere.. thanks for the comment! ^^

@isisum thankyou for your well mannered comment :) im actually rated severely for both depersonalisation and amnesia, and moderately for derealisation. youre right about the displaying for the camera; as stated on the video, it was for my media project; the goal of the project was to base it from something already in the media (hense the united states tara) this is also why i dressed myself up as my alters to play the role and to give people an insight to the condition - hope that clarifies it!

@infinatemind Though I'm not trying to seem offensive or confrontational, I concur with him. Having witnessed people suffer from the symptoms of DID: amnesia, depersonalization and so forth, I find it difficult to believe you're afflicted with the disorder. Given in your other videos you are taken to dressing up and displaying your alters to the camera, it seems more akin to FD, than DID. Again, I'm not meaning to upset you, I'm trying to understand and empathise.
