He does breath there's two ways you can tell. Watch and listen from 0:25 to 0:31. As he runs out of air the notes sound slightly (and I mean very slightly) pinched. You can also see the stress in his face lol. A typical trumpet players expression when he's hanging on for dear life :) Love this ,and he is an amazing player.

@CODallnightlong you people have obvioslynever heard of a reverb if you ever took sound engineering you would understand these things .. on the other hand i am also a trumpet player its not hard to play for a good 30 measures without breathing
