Great Flying! What kind of sim did you use? I have my belt on order. i want as much sim time as possible. I've read the RADD's training and will give it a shot. As many times as ive crashed my cx2 i dont want to crash this one that much.

I use Aerofly Pro Deluxe. I started with tail-in hover and it was a pain to master at first. Be sure not to train for more than 45 minutes per day, because it's psichologicaly very demanding and you start making mistakes you usually don't do.
As a new season approaches, I'll have to make some time to practice learning in a simulator again, just to refresh my skills.
I'm flying T-Rex 600 this year, but I will open a season with a trusty Belt-CP.

How high the wind was ?

It was quite high. You can see it, when I fly away, to the right, how tilted in the wind the BeltCP is just to keep flying straight.
I think it's safe to fly in 3-4m/s wind. Anything beyond that is just asking for trouble.
However I recommend flying every now and then in such high wind, because it makes you a better flier. If you can fly in 3-4m/s wind, anything below that is a piece of cake.

These particular flights in this video were 'after winter' 1st flights - still a bit rusty ;-)
I was flying like that already last year, aprox. 1 month after I tuned everything up. However, I was training on a simulator for 2 months prior to my first flight and then I went through 'RADD'S SCHOOL OF ROTARY FLIGHT'. You can Google it up, it's an excellent guide for beginners.
I should be getting recording of a newer video of me flying soon, where I do some loops and tornadoes :-)
