  • a professional panel you got there.

  • These GW restrictions are to make sure that no poor/middle class person ever again achieves a level of affluence that Al Gore & the entire environmental elitist have. With these restrictions will keep everything stagnate with Al and his cronies on top flying their private jets, 20X energy use of an ordinary home, and the life style of the rich and famous. Do as we say not as we do. The rest of us will have to live in caves or like the Unibomber

  • Did you know that many major volcanic eruptions release more greenhouse gases than humans have released since the Industrial Revolution?

  • Wow. Have you ever looked at ANY science publications in the field of climatology? If you had, you would know that this IS a scientific claim, and one on which consensus was established about 20 years ago. Yes, there are those on the environmentalist side who exaggerate claims, and the topic is so politicized that looking at the media is no use at all any more, but the evidence for AGW in the science literature is simply overwhelming.

  • atkimanchristmas (part two)

Furthermore, what science have you offered to prove your perspective?

You screamed about Polar Bears. I asked you to point me to one study saying they are doing just fine. But, as is so typical of Global Warming Deniers, you never reply to specific challenges by producing any sort of solid information base! whos the bull-shitter here?

Faith based is all Deniers have to offer.

Dont offer more words - point to some real world data if you can find it!

  • atkimanchristmas

REAL science begins with observation and then when a hypothesis is made it is tested. The problem is that AGW won't let us test their so called hypothesis and those who have tried are demonized.

So what are you trying to say with this?

Are you saying we should not observe our Earth, since we cant make a net laboratory experiment of it?

Have you ever actually looked into the amazing development of climate models these past decades?

  • Got any evidence for that - or did you just read it on some blog.

Also, don't suppose the FACT that the arctic ocean's sun reflecting ice cover is disappearing and all those sun rays are now being soaked up by the ocean, causes you any concern?

As for "ad hominem" attack - buddy, talk about hutzpah!... when the AGW Deniers are the ones who have turned ad hominem attack into a high art form... and political bludgeon of the first magnitude.

Get real -> learn some real science

  • You said Greenland, and you were talking about polar bears.

  • Yeah, that's not that hard when the population has been dropping significantly in those previous years (20% between 1987 and 2004, >30% in the last 45 years).

As for the supposed ice increase: That's simply not true. The Greenland shelf has shown considerable melting. The figures that are used to say that they remain consistent are cherry picked from earlier studies which focused on the ice at high altitudes.

  • atkimanchristmas all you need is doubt...

and a conviction that you've already figured it all out,

also being so full of yourself that you know the rest of thinking people must all be stupid.

Add to that, the belief that you don't need to learn anything new... and your smug as a bug in a rug atkiman
