@Fitness4London thanks

@Pwinc355No2321 - if this is not challenging enough for you, buy some ankle-weights ( you can get them in 1kg, 2kg, even up to 5kg) and perform the movement slowly, it really burns by 20 reps.
For more glute strengthening exercises, try stepping up and down on a weights bench, and when this gets easy, do it with a pair of dummbells in your hands.
Also squats, lunges, and walking lunges.

Thanks. This has shown me some great routines to do. I'm not very flexible as I have slighty ceased joints. Also, can you tell me the name of this song? Cheers

@DanFromBundy - hi there thanks for comment. The soundtrack is from my Sony video editing software, I don't think it's a tune you can buy anywhere else. You mention you have slightly ceased joints, so you should seek the advice of your doctor before doing these exercises! Also go see a physiotherapist, who will advise which exercises are best for you.

hii. are these exercises enough? and how many sets and reps? and will it lose the fat in my butt?
i`ll be glad if you answer these questions

@bo7amoudproduction - see my answer to dingchavez0 below, which partially answers your question.
To make this exercise more challenging, buy some ankle weights, and this will add resistance.
As for how many sets/reps, I suggest 3 sets of 20 reps, but if you use ankle weights, 3 sets of 15 reps is ok.

I've found that It's been very difficult to lose the fat in my lower back and butt. These execises will help reduce that fat? I really appreciate the video.
dingchavez0 10 months ago
@dingchavez0 - hi there, thanks for your question. To lose fat in lower back and butt, you need to be doing several things, and this exercise is like one piece in a big jigsaw. Do as wide a variety of exercise as possible, including muscle toning exercises which will change your body composition (more muscle) and help you burn fat 24 hours a day.
Don't forget, your eating habits are equally as important. See my website for tons of advice on exercise and nutrition.
