  • @DAAWG no your citing a schoolboy error. You have to keep your guard up at all times, or risk taking a blow. Your most vulnerable to a hit when throwing one yourself. Allow, maintaining guard keeps the core tight, hence more power.

  • This guy is talking crap when throwing a kick you must throw one arm down (depending on which leg your kicking with) to give the momentum to generate full power into the kick. I guarantee you i can kick twice as hard than this guy. You see when he throws his kick his off balance and cannot fully commit tot the kick. These are school boy errors.

  • @jajbee ....no

  • @partner93630 it depends on martial art youre practising. In karate you should have flat foot always for good balance

  • i was told when doing a low kick you should drop your weight and have your foot flat and for a high or mid kick have a you should have your weight even and pivot on your toes, so i guess be on your toes for high kicks and flat foot for low kicks is this right?

  • this is for real fight ! xD and sport

  • keep you handz nup nigger lol^^

  • always keep your hands up to backing

    ;)

  • HAHA- YES! ..at the end he said!!!: ALWAYS KEEP YOUR HANDS UP

    DECKUNG! or backing...

his kicks (and his punches) are really strong and i would not like to stand in a fight alone in front of him.respect. but!, he likes to put his backing down when he kicks, a short moment long....

  • Have you ever watched or actually did MMA before?
