The Marines bomb the area, however they are target bombs, they are more for training accuracy than huge blasts. Though they are pretty cool to watch at night. There's not a lot of explosive force. They test the big stuff in Eglen and Ft Irwin.
Ft Irwin is north of the area, and a little, relatively, further northwest is China Lake. (A navy base in the middle of the desert) A small marine base is west of the area in Dagget.
Nothing I've ever seen dropped produces a lot of moisture.

thanks, see, why didnt dutch ask this question instead of saying he is 100 percent sure its a plume, when he really doesnt know!!! At least your smart enough to question it and ask the questions! I think its something to do with the base too! People are getting scared and honestly, getting stupid over this! Thanks again for a smart video!

@wheelori814 Yes. Hysteria, and mystery attracts more attention than the sober truth. I'm trying to prevent people from spreading so many rumors. If you watch my other videos I explain why I'm bothered by this.
