  • hey men......i am working oute every day 3 hours.....but i can see any change on my body...i am not eating a lot....

  • @bleujae1 dont waste you money on shit like that bro. I only take a multi vitamin, preteen powder ( or bars) and a rat burner called Tea Rexx (google it)

  • Could You tell me please if it there is a difference in effectiveness between a fist push up and a normal push up? I used to do a lot of push ups and had a visible results: massive chest ( i was also 18-23 then, now Im 27). I always exercised to failure (exactly the way You understand it). The problem is that now my wrist is immobilised(forever, due to Kienbocks disease), I can do only fist push ups, and they're not that effective -in short, I have almost no results. Do You have any idea why?
