It made me really happy to watch this. When I was 16 my friends and I came upon this book and in our naivety we thought it was a true story. Because of that it made an even bigger impact. We stole many copies of the book and gave them all away to propagate that insights :) It was all a coincidence. It really made a difference in who I am today.

@DrLight9, I'm really glad you enjoyed the video, and appreciate the comment. The only part of your comment I tend to disagree with is the part where you said "it was all a coincidence". I don't think anything happens by coincidence, everything happens for a reason. When seemingly random events are connected it's synchronicity, and that's what you experienced. We all experience synchronicity everyday in our lives, the key is to recognize it.

I read the book as I was going through my own philosophical awakening. It is a beautiful novel and film with a great message. However, it remains a fictional transcendental metaphysics intended to emotionally grab its audience and has no scientific nor historical evidence or rational argument to reasonably back up its claims. Do not get your hopes up for any special mutant superpowers coming to you anytime soon without the aid of science, engineering and technology.

@spadger238 my friend you don't know everything, you still lack a view point of knowledge. Logic, reason, and science can't explain everything. Not saying they might not one day, but right now they don't. When you realize you don't know everything and keep an open mind, you will begin to see things alil differently.
