Well you obviously didn't watch the movie or just didn't bother to pay attention to the important morality of this movie. The Seediq tribe lives in an area they believe to be spiritual to their ancestors and as soon as you cross the bridge to their home, you can see the huge "rainbow" and that's a symbolic sign of their pride and home. That's why it's called "Warriors of the Rainbow", their home.
