i got one i made from scratch its shitty but it gets the job done.....hell i dont know any forms so i just palmstrike and do other stuff on it but some people want to learn martial arts but quality instruction just isnt available to everyone

The dummy is very nice. It is solid for traditional practice and moves for doing some actual flow practice, because a real human arm moves when you apply pressure such as wing chun huen sau, and other techniques, etc. They said all the dummies can also fit on any 4x4 post, good for the yard or demos for those that want to pretend you have an actual buried in the ground dummy. Although the above form may not be sharp and nice, everyone has different skill, don't knock his. Thanks for the show.
