Most of" the bombs" were dropped on the NVA that invaded Laos and eventually the Lao Communists - Patlao - took over the country. They are still commies ans still not nice folk.There are enough Lao in the US to verify this. As for the jars they are burial urns and very very old. Take care walking around Laos you could get your balls blown off stuff I dropped 5 years ago as most is still "live". And it is still "full" of drugs according to current INTEL.

Ah yes they did mean to do it, the guys who did the bombing admitted they were told to target anything that moved, and blew up the whole country, 8 bombs per minute and the US still lost the war in Laos. And the US were running drugs out of Laos. Heroin.
