@misfitsboy123 Sure, they are in the same genre. You don't see me saying that Agent Orange are a clone of Dead Kennedys though. Both similar styles, in the same subgenre of rock & roll, but it's clear that they are not clones.

@Evilucas 3 years later, but anyway...The Misfits were horrorpunk. Hell, if you listen to the stuff they did with Graves, the style is almost exactly the same as this.

Really then why is it that so many Japanese metal,rock, and punk bands are still touring, some bands {such as Balzac} for a long as Twenty years?

only because they sing relatively about the same stuff, the music doesn't sound anything like the misfits

fiendcorekill response: cant say i know any other japanese "horror" punk bands but i know some good punk bands from japan melt bannana will melt ur balls to the floor live,fuck on the beach is good powerviolence,stupid babies go mad is good hardcore/garage punk,and of course gauze. between melt bannana and balzac i cant pick a favorite xcept i saw melt bannana live and they were insane so they get the edge(2 pretty diff styles of music both kick ass)

Nope. They are not japanese misfits. They are japanese horrorpunk. Very different style from The Misfits.
