my kitten has similar symptoms.
after a hospitalization my kitty came back home with a prescription for metronidazol.
0,1ml but i must have made a mistake somewhere. So kitty is always falling every 2 steps.
obviously my vet told me to stop giving it to him. The vet says it might take 2 weeks before we can see if he gets better.
the sad part is when he does his business in the kitty litter(he falls into the poo) i have to help him out by keeping him steady and covering the poo myself.
