@TheTim2503 The IRA did have sam's. It's a fact that was confirmed when the arm's were decommissioned, they were just never used, The brit's wouldn't send in battalion's? if they did they would of been fucked as all out war would of taken place and they would of lost many more men than the provisional's. The brit's stopped using helicopter's in county Armagh due to the threat of them being shot down. It's well acknowledged that the provo's were one of the most efficient guerrilla unit's ever.

@TheTim2503 america bombs peasant farmers in colombia because they grow coca for a living they invade iraq claiming they have wmds when they spend 30years of money on investaging soviet missles and can't tell the difference they only reason why they are helping the rebels in lybia is because when they sieze power they sell most oil to NATO and america also the reason they invaded iraq was for the oil and the same thing is going to happen with iran and iran is friends with russia and china

@knightsofstjoan2004 what are you on about the provo's used only ak47,slr assualt rifle,mag lmg,m60,dshk hmg, m2browning, rpg 7, sterling smg, g3 assualt rifle, m16 and had order a shipment of sa 7 missiles that would have halted all british operations in northern ireland and would have gave the Provo's an upper hand and would have done the same as the afghans done to the soviets because the british army could not operate without choppers in the country and minguns burn up too much ammo to quick
