The Black Belts are a group of four friends Jamie Gorman, Pamela Parke, Jack and Jonney English - who met at martial arts classes and who share an interest in parkour or freerunning. They caught the attention of the Sweded TV team both with their hilarious sweding ideas and their home-made parkour videos. The Swedes were filmed at Jamies house and at his grandfathers farm across the road, and feature parkour-style jumping when Jamie, as Bear Girly, leaps out of a plane, or rather jumps big jumps on his kid sisters trampoline!
