It's a pretty old song, and it appears in the opening titles of an episode of "At Last, the 1948 Show" which is part of the low-budget DVD release of that series. I'm surprised that the little company that put out the "...1948 Show" DVDs could afford the rights, and a huge conglomerate like the Disney empire couldn't!
