Sometimes frogs or toads puke up it's stomach to basically clean it for whatever reason. This toad looks like it's been stepped on, rather than run over.

What happened was the frog ate something it didn't like and it was toxic so he had to "heave it guts" the stomach would be inside out in his mouth (throw up it stomach) and then later he would have started wiping the inside out stomach so it could basiclly manually wipe of it's stomach then it would simpily swallow it stomach and hop away as if nothing happened

Yeah, I stepped on an upside down dead frog once in my garden and its guts came out its mouth... Didn't realise what had happened til about 10 seconds later and once I realised, I just walked away and didn't let myself process what had just happened.

I don't think it got run over, or it would be flat like a pancake. Seriously 6000+lb car vs 6oz frog... it wouldn't be still sitting like that.

This is actually how frogs throw up, they regurgitate their stomachs and then pressure their stomachs with their hands.

If hes just chilling this is what they do. In order to vomit they they throw up their stoumach and use forearms to dig out food. Then they swallow it and everything is normal again.
