  • Thanks for the recipe. Do you know any good companies that sell real rubber spatulas? I am trying to change all of my cooking utensils to ones with natural ingredients. All I can find for the 'rubber' spatulas though are silicone. Other than that though, I'm doing well with the transition. Can't wait to receive my cast iron cookware in the mail.

  • @keithlmh I am not sure how natural spatulas are, but I have always used the red high heat commercial ones in my kitchen. These days, i don't use it for hot ingredients all to often though. Mostly for getting food out of the vita mix.
