Who will govern the governors? There is only one force in the nation that can be depended upon to keep the government pure and the governors honest, and that is the people themselves. They alone, if well informed, are capable of preventing the corruption of power, and of restoring the nation to its rightful course if it should go astray. They alone are the safest depository of the ultimate powers of government"

The check points are illegal, therefore it is the duty of any intelligent person, who understands our Constitution, to be a pain.

Yes most people don't do this because they're ignorant and or apathetic. And obviously you don't know what you're talking about because if you even saw this video you would have heard the case city of indianapolis v. edmond which talks about the purpose of these checkpoints. I'm not here to educate you... you should do that for yourself. It was a DPS officer who gave me the citation. Further, if i'm mistaken why did I win in court?

They cannot set up checkpoints at any point 100 miles fro the border. They can do these stops if there is a nexis.

That law enforcement is ignorant of the law they are enforcing is scary. This also leads to illegal acts by law enforcement.

Under no circumstances should law enforcement break the law, either through ignorance, or because they feel it is inadequate.
